Submit Your Request
Fill out our intake form — one watch or several, up to five per submission. Pay the $35-per-watch bench fee.
Ship Your Watch
Package with bubble wrap and ship via insured, trackable carrier to Springfield, IL. Do not include the company name on the exterior label.
Expert Diagnosis
Our certified horologist inspects each watch and emails a detailed written estimate. No work begins without your approval.
Returned to You
After repair and payment, your watches are carefully shipped back, fully insured, anywhere in the USA.
